Analytics services and storage
PostHog helps us understand feature use, navigation, errors and difficulties across the Accurail website and mobile app. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights apply only to the website and help us understand aggregate traffic and performance without using analytics cookies. Opting out here stops all three services in this browser and disables PostHog analytics persistence for this browser. It does not change analytics in the mobile app. As explained in our privacy policy, we process this information for our legitimate interests in improving our services and understanding customer needs.
- Analytics preference
- Stored in your browser and in a first-party cookie. The cookie lasts up to 180 days and is renewed when an opt-out is restored. A saved browser opt-out remains in place until you change it or clear storage.
- PostHog
- On the website, PostHog uses browser storage and cookies to recognise activity across visits when analytics is enabled. The mobile app stores its analytics preference separately on the device.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights
- Collect cookieless, aggregate website traffic and performance measurements when analytics is enabled.
- Analytics data retention
- We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in our privacy notice. You can contact privacy@accurail.co.uk to request our retention policy.
